Sitehound® Dispatch™ releases November 10: one record from the dispatch board to the driver’s phone to the invoice
Web and mobile software for Western Washington waste-hauling, vactor and environmental-services contractors puts dispatch, field paperwork, time, billing and dangerous-waste reporting on a single job record.

BELLEVUE, Wash., November 3, 2026. Sitehound, Inc. today announced that Sitehound® Dispatch™, its software for waste-hauling, vactor and environmental-services contractors, will be released on November 10, 2026, on the web, with the field app for iOS and Android phones and tablets provided through each customer’s Sitehound® rollout. A Western Washington environmental-services contractor is running it now in a live pilot.
Most hauling and environmental crews still enter the same job three times: on the dispatch board, on the paper ticket, and again on the invoice. Sitehound built Dispatch™ with a Pierce County hauler to make it once. A dispatcher books the job on the board. The driver works it on a phone or tablet, tapping each stage and capturing the photos, signatures and forms the job needs. The office bills from that same record.
The November 10 release includes:
- Dispatch board: trucks, crews and jobs on one screen. A truck in the shop refuses work, and a canceled job keeps its reason.
- Field app for phones and tablets: each stage tapped with a GPS point; photos stamped with time and location; signatures; and paper-look forms such as spill reports, job safety analyses and vehicle inspections. It works offline and catches up when it reconnects.
- Time and payroll: punch-clock or hours-entry timecards, weekly e-signature from the phone, and certified payroll for prevailing-wage jobs.
- Billing: per-customer price sheets, fixed-price quotes, progress billing, line-by-line sales tax, PDF invoices by email, and QuickBooks Online sync that reads payments back.
- Washington dangerous-waste compliance: waste streams, monthly generation, deadlines and training in one place, with RCRAInfo GM1–GM4 files for the annual dangerous waste report due March 1.
“Our Sitehound® Dispatch™ customers run trucks, not software. In Dispatch™, the driver’s taps are the record, so the office stops re-keying tickets and starts the March 1 report with the year already in place. Most crews enter the same job three times: on the board, on the ticket and on the invoice. We built Dispatch™ with a Pierce County hauler so they enter it once. And it’s configurable, so any trade with a fleet and a price list can run the work from the first call through to the paid invoice, and know where it stands the whole way.”
